For the internationally known dance group MOUVOIR/Stephanie Thiersch, which is sponsored by the county NRW, we have taken an active part in the management, communication and finances for many years.
Concerning the management we are responsible for the project controlling, which includes the budget planning and control, for the production of the group. This includes the organisation of guest artists as well as the search for sponsors and cooperation partners.
Omar Rajeh is one of the most famous choreographers of the Libanon. Next to his own works he curates the BIPOD-Festival in Beirut.
For him, between 2013 and 2014, we were working on the tour planning and the guest performance acquisition.
For the Kindertheaterfestival “Neues Europa” we are in charge of the organisation, counselling and PR-activities.
We support the institional sponsored interdiscipilnary group of artists of Ilona Pászthy in the areas of management, communication and concepts.
Regarding the management we are responsible for the project controlling, the national and international organisation of guest performances and also for the search of sponsors and cooperation partners.
We develop and realise communication campaigns for every play.
Our conceptions are based on the particular demand.
In the field of makreting we are working as advisors for the NRW-sponsored dancecompany of Gudrun Lange.
Béla Bisom worked for the organisation for development aid EIRENE – Internationaler Christlicher Friedensdienst e.V., where he was responsible for the conception and project controlling of the youth culture festival in Burundi, Ruana and D.R. Kongo in the context of the civil peace service.
Béla worked from 2005 to 2006 as tourmanager for Constanza Macras / Dorky Park
From August 2003 until September 2007 Jessica Otten designed PR- and marketingstrategies for the Schauspiel Cologne and concerning executive intentants she represented these areas independently. During the season 2006/2007 she was the head of the department.
Her tasks were:
- the independant development of strategic communication concepts for the improvement of the image and aquisition of new costumers.
- the cooperation and negotiations with cultural institutes
- the representation and presentation of Bühnen Köln during events and conferences
- the support of media partners
- the development and implementation of adversiting offers for specific target groups in the print and online area
- the further development of the internet presence and CMS
- the editorial responsibility of the internet presence and of the annual magazines
- the aquisition of sponsors and announcements
- the organization of events
- the composition of news release and advertising copies
- the introduction including the arrangement of prices and sales planning as well as special events
- the budget plan and control
- the cooperation with event agengies plus the coordination of external service provider and internal teams
